Cut out dairy, take multivitamins and zinc as well. Then combine Zineryt topical lotion from your general physician with retinol face cream from any local beauty stores. Apply and let the Zineryt dry, then apply retinol cream on top. This has worked amazing for me and cleared my acne up.

It was really difficult when I was in school. I was more stressed about my pimples than my studies because it made me feel very self-conscious. My acne really affected my confidence so I decided to use lemon juice. This helped a bit, however, I am still in search of a natural remedy that I can use.

I've suffered from face acne all my life. I'm 44 years old, and recently I'm healed. I've discovered a magical natural treatment for acne, it is thyme. You just have to soak it in warm water and use it like a face toner. You really have to try it, it's harmless. Not refrigerated, good luck to all acne sufferers.

I have acne on my face since last three years. I have tried various home remedies, creams and different products for my acne treatment but I am not satisfied with my skin. Since last 6 months, I have used ancient Greek remedy oil which helps in improvement on my skin.

My acne is getting worse. Feel like I'm losing my mind - absolutely nothing works. No matter what products I use, there is never any difference. I've tried dozens and dozens of different cleansers, moisturizers and benzoyl peroxide products.

One and half year earlier acne started on my face and it got worse with time. I consulted with a lot of dermatologists but nothing helped me. I am a medical student and then I started to study about acne. Now I have clear face with no acne, my age is 20 now, and I was 19 when it started. Some points which I want to tell you are: 1) Please drink plenty of water. 2) Please don't use any local creams that claim that it will cure acne, this and that. 3) Don’t use soap on your face, use an oil control face wash. 4) Don’t touch your acne. 5) Change the cover of your pillow every day or every second day. 6) Don't use towel to dry your face, use a tissue paper, once you dry your face by towel and then again you use that towel then the germs can attack. 7) Use multivitamins on daily basis. 8) And don't worry about scars left because it will cure with time. 9) And last, it take time to cure, so be patient.

I used to have pimples during my teenage days but it reduced, and now it has come back. For 2 years I have been battling with pimples, for some months it has grown worse like boils, I have used several creams like Skineal and Funbact, but to no avail. I wish I can get a lasting remedy now because I feel so ashamed when I pass and people look at my face. I have stopped even using soap, only water now, because when I try something new it increases, so I am scared now. I was told to drink more water and wash my face regularly, I remember I have used lime and also aloe vera.

Creams and stuff sometimes helped me, but only for a short period. The truth about curing acne for me were my eating habits and fully understanding where it really comes from and avoiding its causes. It really helps!

I have been using Clear by Vivere for acne. I can't tell you how amazing this stuff is. I suffered from acne for over 5 years. My doctor suggested that I try this and I can't tell you how much I love it. It clears me right up. I still use it just in case I experience a breakout.

I’m an engineering student. I have severe acne on my face. I wouldn't face the public. I’m so much worried about it that I can’t even concentrate on my studies.

I used Isotretinoin for almost 2 months with a soap named Derma Care and one cream before sleeping to the pimpled area or damaged skin, acne will go away but I need treatment for the scars that are left on my face from the pimples.
